The location was good and there was a charging station for e‑bikes. The room’s cleanliness was okay, but the hallways were dirty everywhere. The bathroom door’s latch fell off, and the vent cover wouldn’t open to let water drain.

Close to the ice cave and the city, the area is nice. The fans smelled damp; on the bed I found a fly that was moving, the mattress had a yellow stain, and the smell was unpleasant.

I stayed in the city center and appreciated the on‑site e‑bike charging station, but the hotel looked worn out; my room lacked toilet paper, soap, and the TV remote, the balcony was dirty, a mid‑seat on the balcony chair was broken, and my wife hurt herself on the railing.

The Wi‑Fi and TV were solid, and the hotel was close to the train station, with no complaints.

The room sat in the old town between the castle, the town’s main attraction, and the train station; the host was friendly and let us leave our luggage early, and the bathroom was in the room, but there was no elevator and the church bell woke us up.
