The spot was spot on, right next to a bunch of restaurants. The staff were super friendly and did everything we asked for. It seemed like they were short‑staffed, because our room never got cleaned and we had to keep asking for fresh towels. They went out of their way to help me with my disability, moving us twice. All in all, everything was great! We were there for a funeral and other family members stayed with us too.

Trash was left on the bedside table (see pic) and one of the TVs didn’t work—staff promised to fix it but never came. The TV that did work had most channels blacked out (dish network issue?). The beds were HARD!!

The people were friendly and breakfast was excellent. The facilities were clean. The bed and its bedding were not comfortable for the price paid.

Pretty much nothing. But the staff was nice. First, they had a fire in the lobby a week before we arrived that triggered the water sprinkler. Mildew and smoke smell were everywhere. No notice or even a discount. The beds sleep like a brick. The facility was dated. My last stay here.
