I stayed there at 1:00 am, and they told me I had to check out before 11:00. I was at the reception at 10:55 to hand over the keys, but I don’t know the name of the person who was there. They started mocking me, asking why I was so late, shouted that such people were Ukrainians, and began to imitate a Ukrainian cleaner who was there. I do not recommend this hotel and definitely not to Ukrainians.

The beds were okay, but everything else was terrible: awful breakfast, dry bread, eggs that didn’t taste good, no friendly staff except the housekeeping lady. I was harassed by staff because I was carrying a small suitcase, and the complex was left because I had to do laundry at a local laundromat. He thought I was leaving without handing in the key. When I tried to explain that I would stay for a week and only needed to do laundry, he kept shouting. He was unreasonable. It’s not a hotel but an improvised house with bedrooms, and I will never return.
