“Cumpriu o papel a atingiu as expectativas”

On the fourth we arrived, the room had been renovated and everything was in order. The area does seem to have many residents, but everyone is very private and respectful. There are always many children using the pool. We had no noise problems or anything else. I had stayed here in 2012 with my family and it was very similar. I think the hotel delivers what it promises. Unfortunately, there was a week when we didn’t get cleaning and the common areas like the stairs deserve a clean, but the place is large!

The room had roaches

Nothing got ripped off for deposit and the lobby smelled of dope with a desk clerk stoned out of her mind. The staff, the atmosphere and location were bad.

“Não é um hotel, a acomodação não se parece com a foto, a localização é terrível!”

Terrible!! Run away from here! Worst place I could have chosen! The mattress had a huge hole and they refused to replace it. The place is not a hotel, the photos in the listing are lying! Run from this place!!!
