“Super adresse”
The staff and manager were kind and extremely honest (when tour groups left before breakfast time, they offered an alternative without being asked, for example); nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious, the staff were friendly, and the view of the volcano was spectacular. The restaurant’s music was loud; even after I asked for it to be lowered, it still could be heard and made it hard to rest, especially after I woke up at 4:30 am and needed a bit more sleep.

Everything was fantastic and made our stay feel so warm and cozy. I especially want to highlight the kindness and hospitality of the hosts, and a special thank you to Dona Luzia, who was always so attentive and thoughtfully prepared our breakfasts on the days we had to leave very early to explore Atacama. The atmosphere was lovely, welcoming, and cozy, making us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place!. For some people it might be a bit far from Caracoles street (~1Km) but it is completely walkable and safe ☺️

The value for money is excellent and every employee is extremely helpful and affectionate. The accommodation feels like home quickly. It’s only a few minutes from the caracoles, far enough to avoid the craziness and higher street prices but close enough to walk back and forth without fatigue. If I return to San Pedro, I’ll definitely stay here again. I wasn’t bothered personally, but there is a skylight to help light the rooms. Since I sleep with an eye mask it didn’t affect me, but the early light can disturb some guests’ sleep.
