“I am happy because the staffs are friendly and helpful.”
The staff are generally friendly and helpful, but the hotel lacks facilities; a gym would be a nice addition.

The food left a lot to be desired, and it was cheaper to stay elsewhere, like Central Residency, where the rooms are much larger and the meals are better.

The waiters seemed to struggle with taking orders, and the housekeeping was subpar - we found loose electrical sockets and were stingy with toiletries and drinking water.
