The building was comfortable, easily reachable by public transport and in a strategic spot. The room was clean, quiet, dark enough at night thanks to the curtains, with a comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, a large shower that worked perfectly. The room is quite large, especially for Berlin, but there’s little storage space; the wardrobe is tiny and there were no extra supports like chairs or armchairs, just hangers. For a solo stay of a few days it wasn’t an issue, but for two people it could be a bit inconvenient. Also there was no table or desk.

The spot was great, close to the TV Tower and within walking distance of all transport options. It seemed the hotel catered mainly to German‑speaking tourists, as most signs were in German, and it was a bit odd to have to have breakfast in a separate area that didn’t have enough seats for a whole family. One staff member was assigned to that small area for cleaning, but he never finished the job, which made it feel pressured to eat breakfast in the hotel. In all my previous stays in Berlin, tap water was clearly stated as drinkable, but here nothing was mentioned and there was no way to contact reception from the room, so you had to go down to get any clarification.
