The spot’s close to the sea and the city center, but we booked a VIP room with a terrace that actually serves two rooms. The lift broke on the first day. The room was in bad shape, needed repairs, the terrace wasn’t cleaned, the fridge and curtains were rusty, and the light switches on the wall were so close you could almost touch them—dangerous. It’s only worth staying for one night if you have no other choice.

A very good hotel! The renovation feels a little worn, but there’s no mold smell and it’s very clean. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. My family was satisfied and we want to thank the entire team.

The only plus is the good location, close to the sea and the city center. I’m not a picky traveler and have stayed in Asia many times, but this nightmare is unprecedented. They misled us about the window; the photo shows one, but it actually opens onto a brick wall just 10 cm from the room, blocking light and air. They refused a refund. The swimsuit and beach towel couldn’t dry, so everything stayed damp and I had to buy new ones. Mold was everywhere, which is dangerous for health. Cockroaches the size of mice roam the bed calmly. The shower lacks a door and the water drains incorrectly, flooding the bathroom after a shower. The linens and towels were dirty, and when I asked for replacements, they gave me the same dirty ones. Everything was broken. Sleeping was impossible because of neighbors—every conversation, TV, and clatter of dishes could be heard, and I woke up early from the sound of plates. For the price, there were many better options, even if a bit farther. I’ve never had such a horrible experience and hope it never happens again.
