The location is the main highlight of the property. The stay is also marked by extremely courteous staff and daily cleaning and towel service. The acoustic isolation is inadequate, so noises from neighboring rooms—especially music and running water—are clearly audible at night. The promised night silence could not be maintained. The breakfast offering is unsatisfactory; given the price range, I expected higher quality. Due to my significant dissatisfaction, I will not book here again.
Very friendly team, tasty breakfast buffet with fresh scrambled eggs. Great location for Ballermann 3-4, nice outdoor terrace. The rooms smell very musty/moldy. €150 per night is quite expensive for what is offered.
Alles bis auf die vielen Stufen im Treppenhaus. Der Fahrstuhl geht aber bald wieder! Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit!. Butter beim Frühstück nicht mehr gekühlt. sollte separat aus dem Kühlschrank kommen oder mit Eiswürfeln serviert werden

Right next to the beach in S'Arenal. The room is clean and comfortable with a balcony that offers a view of the beach. Breakfast is nice with outdoor seating. I only speak Spanish and English, so it was a bit hard to communicate with some staff, since the area is a German tourist spot.

I spent a single night there to catch the eclipse; it was scorching outside but the air‑con kept my room refreshingly cool, breakfast was tasty and the staff were kind and pleasant, and everything from the amenities to the beach was just a 2‑minute walk away with plenty of activities and eateries.
