The price per room was the highest I paid in Tbilisi on this trip, yet what I actually experienced was nowhere near the online description. The spot, the rooms, and the services all fell short of what I’d read in the reviews, creating a clear gap once I checked in. I left feeling very let down and found the value to be extremely poor, so I wouldn’t suggest staying here.

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially the receptionist, who helped us plan our sightseeing. Our rooms faced the street and offered a fantastic view of Tbilisi. Some might think the hotel looks a bit old‑fashioned, but I appreciate its quirks; it really depends on what you prefer. It’s by far the best spot for a panoramic view.

The restaurant is amazing with a stunning view! The beds were terribly uncomfortable!!! We booked two rooms… the beds were awful in every room, and there was a sewage smell everywhere.
