The location and access to transport were good, and they included a very complete and varied breakfast. On weekends there is usually more noise than usual.
The location is great, the parking is cheap, and the room is very clean and modern. The breakfast was also good, and the beds are very comfortable.

The location near the Landungsbrücken was very good, we stayed there to visit the MJ Musicals in Hamburg. Everything was okay.
Honestly, not much to say positively. The noise was terrible – I expected street noise, but what happened at night was a nightmare. There’s a bar below the hotel with a huge booming bass, earplugs and noise‑cancelling headphones don’t help. The breakfasts were so poor you can’t even say “lackluster”; it’s not worth getting up for them. The room lacked even glasses, water, and a kettle (I know that’s not listed in the hotel description). I had a room facing the street and an extra feature of bright LED neon. There were no blinds on the windows, only curtains.
