The room was fairly quiet even with the highway nearby, but the building and bathroom felt very dated.

“Senza infamia e senza lode, da ristrutturare”

The location was handy, close to the provincial road, supermarkets and shops, making it a good base for visiting Perugia and Lago Trasimeno. Breakfast was decent with homemade cakes, though the yogurt and fruit juices were from a discount store. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, but the stairwell leading to the rooms could use better cleaning. There is a pool, though we didn't use it. The rooms were bare and in need of renovation, with only one working power outlet. The bathroom had a tiny shower without a shower head, and the spray was too high and short, making showering uncomfortable. The room facing the provincial road was quite noisy despite double glazing. One evening we returned at 23:00 and no one had told us to use the side door because the main one was closed; they only gave directions when we called. Also, guests should be warned that housekeeping enters during breakfast, as we found our clothes moved and folded by others after a 10‑minute return to the room.

The pool was lovely and breakfast offered homemade pastries. The only downside was the proximity to the highway.

The staff were exceptionally kind, a rarity to find, and the pool was thoughtfully designed with slightly salted water.
