The location and breakfast were good. The conditioner container was empty. I couldn’t make coffee because the coffee maker was missing the filter and coffee piece. I was also ticketed for parking even though the concierge said parking was complimentary because we had to wait for the room when we arrived for check‑in.

I had trouble checking in, but the staff quickly sorted it out and the customer service was excellent. I bring clorox wipes everywhere for germs in hotel rooms, so when I swiped one down the stair rail I was horrified by how filthy it looked—so dirty it was almost like filth.

Convenient! Housekeeping kept coming to clean the room at around 9 and 10:30. Check‑out time was noon.
