We had a terrible stay: the staff were attentive, but the room advertised as a superior double was extremely cramped, barely fitting two suitcases, the sink was smaller than a camper van, the toilet doors wouldn’t close, the shower couldn’t be stood in, the sheets were always damp due to poor ventilation, and there were photos proving how tiny it was; despite repeated notices, the building was under construction all day with the sauna and gym unusable, there was no room service even though a sign was posted, and I’ve never seen a hotel selected by booking with such low standards; very disappointed and I expect a prompt reply.
The place was well situated, yet the bathroom door was almost see‑through, letting you spot someone inside, and when we asked for an extra blanket they didn’t hand one over.
The staff were rude and incompetent. I’ll never stay there again.
“Economico e pulito, consigliato solo per brevissimi o brevi soggiorni”
The room was clean, the price was very reasonable, but it was very small with minimal furnishings; for a short stay with few bags it’s fine, otherwise consider elsewhere because you can’t even open a suitcase, and there are no proper hangers.
“リーズナブルで良いと思います”
The staff were friendly and the subway stop was conveniently close, plus there was a convenience store and a restaurant (Yanagisuto) nearby, which was great – thank you. Unfortunately, the towels smelled damp and were unusable; I think the housekeeping assumed I’d swapped the sheets myself, because when I asked, the cleaner said they were supposed to be handling trash but never actually did. Perhaps the language barrier with the foreign employee caused the miscommunication.
