I ordered gluten‑free breakfast and only received two slices of bread; on the last day a staff member told me I should have asked for cookies, but nothing was explained. The room was dark with a wall view, smelled like a bathroom on entry, night conversations of other guests could be heard, and from 6 am the cleaning car was active. We couldn’t charge phones because there were no USB ports; not all countries have those plugs. I wouldn’t return.

El personal de mantenimiento muy atento. Que contrate con servicio de desayuno y cuando llegué me informaron que tenía q pagar extra. La cama no me permitía abrir el ropero

The hotel staff was very cordial at every moment, the view and location are excellent, and although it isn’t a new hotel, it is an old one that is very well maintained.
