The location is great, the room itself was lovely, and the indoor pool area was very cool. However, there was a strong damp smell, it was hard to dry a swimsuit, there were no windows, the pool water was cold, and it would have been better if it could be warmed.

The hotel is amazing and well‑located in Patong beach. I’m grateful to PHI PHI for being very nice, helpful, and for upgrading our room from a ⭐️ star. I also thank DADA for her service and kindness. The rooms are good but require more maintenance and care.

The only positive was its proximity to the beach. The building is old, full of stairs, and needs more tidiness and cleaning.

The location, staff, and breakfast were good.

We arrived after 3 pm and the room still wasn’t ready because the housekeeper was finishing up; the fridge was leaking because its door wouldn’t close tightly, so we had to wrap a towel around it. The window lock was broken and the lock pin was missing, and the table was stuck near the window and couldn’t be moved. There was no extra trash bag for us to change. On the bright side, the indoor pool looked nice even though I never got to use it, and the hotel in front is right on the beach.
