“I’ve stayed here before and would again.”

The location is great, and the 19‑year‑old in the breakfast room—though I can’t remember her name—was lovely. The shower is big. The room itself feels a bit worn and tired, with mould in the shower and a slippery floor. When my elderly husband, who has a back injury, tried to bring his bag down the stairs, the front desk staff didn’t help; they just let him do it. The other receptionist was excellent, but he wasn’t there that day. I can’t recall their names; it was a while ago.

“Hôtel très bien placé”

The hotel sits right in the heart of Athens, just steps from Plaka where you’ll find fantastic bars and restaurants. The only downside is the nearby Athens Cathedral, whose clock chimes every hour and half‑hour, which can bother anyone who doesn’t use earplugs.

The location is perfect, the staff are kind and friendly, and the breakfast served at the table is excellent. The view is exceptional. It would be nice to have a mirror in the room.

“A beautiful boutique hotel with unforgettable Acropolis views and exceptional hospitality.”

We absolutely loved our stay at The Zillers. The hotel itself is stunning—the beautiful architecture, intricate molding, high ceilings and attention to detail give it so much character. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the view of the Acropolis from our room and balcony was incredible. Seeing it during the day and beautifully illuminated at night was something we never got tired of. Breakfast on the rooftop was another highlight. The setting overlooking the Acropolis was spectacular, and the food was impeccable. It was such a memorable way to start the day. What stood out just as much, though, were the people. Everyone was incredibly friendly, respectful and always ready to help. There was such an ease about the entire staff—no pretentiousness, just genuine hospitality that made us feel completely comfortable and welcome. Konsta was especially wonderful, and we truly appreciated his kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. They were also wonderfully accommodating with our early plans, even arranging a breakfast box for us, and the complimentary full bottle of wine waiting for us was another thoughtful touch. Between the beautiful hotel, incredible Acropolis views, wonderful breakfast and exceptional hospitality, The Zillers was the perfect place to end our time in Greece. We would absolutely stay here again! 🇬🇷🤍

The location is exceptional, the hotel has insane charm, and the staff are very attentive. The restaurant is outstanding in both cuisine quality and breathtaking view.
