“Magica Venezia”

The location was wonderful, right on the Rio di Palazzo and the Rio del Ponte dei Sospiri, and only a two‑minute walk to Piazza San Marco while still feeling quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom roomy, and the bed comfortable. The staff were always helpful and smiling. Breakfast offered plenty of sweet and savory options. I highly recommend it, especially since staying just steps from San Marco lets you enjoy the city after the day‑time tourists leave, when it turns magical, elegant and mysterious. No complaints at all.

We were completely delighted. The hotel captured the typical Italian or Venetian vibe we wanted for our stay. The staff were always very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was delicious, and the location was simply fantastic. The room we booked with canal view was exactly what we imagined for Venice. Nothing to complain about; we felt very comfortable throughout our stay and were fully satisfied with the hotel, service, and room.

The service, location—very close to St Macro square and stops, and the cleanliness—were all good, but the view from the window was just a wall, the room was very small, and the ceiling was low.
