The rooms were spacious and clean, and they left a stack of water that lasted me the whole stay, which was very appreciated. The location is great, close to a Muay Thai gym. The staff was nice and there's a washer and dryer. Very peaceful.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was very spacious and had a nice bathroom. We even had use of the laundry facilities included, which was useful. The only downside was the road noise for front‑facing rooms.

Nice stay! Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. The location was awesome, walking distance to both the old town and nimman, plus you’re like ten feet away from one of the most famous khao soi places
