“Precioso hotel si quieres estar dentro de la selva”
A jungle hotel with bungalow‑style rooms that feature lovely terraces, hammocks, and views of the forest. The beds are comfy and the breakfast is tasty, offering three delicious options. The pool is spectacular and the surroundings are fascinating, with several sloths roaming around. It’s an idyllic spot, just a 5‑minute drive from PN Volcán Tenorio and Río Celeste. The shower water wasn’t very hot, and we were placed in the bungalow closest to the road, so at dawn the traffic of cars and motorcycles was quite audible; it’s better to request a room inside the complex.
“Un viaje maravilloso”
The green areas, flora, fauna, and facilities are all beautiful—everything looks lovely. The only downside is the lack of a television to watch during rainy periods.
“Regular”
The place is pretty. I should have coordinated my arrival in advance because it was late and when I got to the hotel there was no one to attend to me; I had to wait 30 minutes for a gentleman to bring me the room key.
“Casita prefabricada en la calle”
The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. However, the prefabricated cabin sits very close to the street with no protective barrier, making it feel unsafe. The hot shower never really gets hot, only lukewarm.
“Muy lindo pero la piscina muy fría”
Everything is gorgeous. The only issue was the breakfast.
