Breakfasts were very good and the staff were friendly. The pillows were in a tragic state, the first time I’ve encountered something like that. I hope you will replace or simply discard them after our departure. The wall soundproofing was also very weak. At about 1:00 am, a very loud noise from someone walking down the stairs woke me. With that level of noise, it’s hard to talk about a peaceful rest. I was also surprised by an additional parking fee. I understand that you pay a commission when booking through you, but an extra parking charge is something I’ve never encountered before. I think that at the current room rates, such a fee is definitely out of place, especially if the guest arrives by car. I hope you will take these comments into account, because several things definitely need improvement.
