Located right in the center; parking is a bit further away. Water bottles were provided. I communicated with the owner via WhatsApp. The place is a beautiful tourist spot.

We stayed right in the heart of Massa Marittima and watched the sunset from the terrace; the owner was incredibly kind and helpful, the room was huge, everything was perfect, and the water was free—definitely coming back! The only thing that could improve is having a coffee machine available.

The hotel’s location is just a stone’s throw from the center of Massa Marittima. The shower needs a thorough renovation (the shower head holder and the black silicone seals). The air‑conditioner is a stand‑alone unit in the room, and its noise makes it unusable at night. The fridge next to the bed keeps humming.
