The reception staff was very good and the room was fine. The receptionist took care to book a taxi for us and explain everything. The location was good, close to the airport. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the disinfectant smell in the room was very strong; we couldn't sleep. We had to remove the carpet from inside the room, pour water on the floor and open the window (which was very hard to open and wouldn't stay open long enough to ventilate the air and get rid of the unbearable smell). It gave us nausea and a headache.

The establishment is very close to the center and Naples Central station. Very clean, host available and especially an important point is the presence of air conditioning.
