The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty items, and the room came with very well‑equipped facilities. It would have been perfect if the buffet started at 6 am, and there were fewer English‑speaking staff; the early‑morning checkout before 7 am was handled by a single person and got crowded, so a two‑person team would have been better.
“Wonderful Staff, Little Missed Opportunity”
The staff here are super friendly and helpful - from the receptionists to the lounge hostesses to the housekeeping team. They all seem genuinely happy to be working here, and it shows in their smiles and polite demeanor. One thing that would make my stay even better is if they had a French-language news channel on TV, like France24 - that way I could stay up-to-date on current events in my home country. The lady cook even made me a bowl of noodles soup every morning, which was delicious!
“Convenient but restaurants could improve”
This hotel has a great location and the rooms are clean and spacious. However, the restaurants didn't quite live up to my expectations. Still, it's a solid choice if you're looking for a convenient place to stay.
“Great Location, Good Breakfast”
This hotel's location is amazing, and the breakfast is really good.
“Great Value, Friendly Staff”
This hotel is a great value - the staff are fantastic, especially Victoria, who really went above and beyond. The rest of the team is also super helpful, which makes a big difference in your stay. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the lounge offerings a bit, but overall it's a great choice. Highly recommend!
