Mateo was very friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the room because we expected two separate beds as shown on the website but only found one bed; he quickly sent his wife to convert the sofa into a second bed. The room was super clean and everything was high quality. There was no balcony like shown in the room photos. It seems some rooms have balconies while others do not; this should be clearer in the photos.

Central spot, cleanliness, hospitality. I liked the little touches every day, like water in the mini‑fridge or the coffee pods that never ran out. The breakfast at the nearby bar was also great. Nothing.

The place is gorgeous, with every detail polished, spotless rooms, and super comfy beds. It's right in a great spot, just steps from the harbor, restaurants, and the sea. Matteo is incredibly attentive to guests' well‑being, and I'd gladly come back.
