Nice, clean apartments in a quiet spot with a private courtyard, helpful staff, tea, and toiletries. The only downside is that the apartments are far from the city center.

There’s a kitchen that opens during the day for regulars, so you can cook whatever you want. Staying for a month in advance is cheaper than paying daily. The owner is very warm and helpful, always ready to meet and assist. Overall, the hotel gives a very pleasant vibe. They change the linens weekly, each room has hot water, a shower, a fridge, and a kettle. Walking 5–10 minutes takes you to plenty of shops and a VTB ATM. The hotel sits on the outskirts, but taxis are cheap and minibuses run constantly. Food delivery to the address is inexpensive. Security dogs patrol the grounds. In winter, the pool is drained.

After we arrived, the host wanted to give us a different room than the one listed for rent; when we pointed it out, he refused to let us book any room. Not recommended!
