“I stayed three times over the course of 1 month in this wonderful place. It's amazing.”

I loved the location, rooms, and staff—just a stone’s throw from multiple train stations and the Shinjuku/Kabukicho area. The rooms were comfy, the area quiet, and everything was easy to reach!

“旅館應標明現場晚上沒有工作人員，前三天才會收到線上 check-in 連結，check-in 後還要等數個小時才會收到大門密碼。”

The price and single room were pretty good. However, the online check‑in link wasn’t sent until three days before arrival; I only saw the email a few hours before checking in, filled it out, and then had to wait more than three hours for the front door and room codes, with no staff on hand to ask, so I stood outside for almost half an hour.

The place was clean, but it was disappointing that there were no toothbrushes, nightwear, or daily towel changes.

Good hotel Room was mostly clean Location is good Check in was on time. First floor of the building needs some work For longer than 1 week stays towels and bedsheets need to be provided

“Not worth it and location is too crowdy”

It’s not worth the money you pay. Too many issues with the check‑in option, door locks, and no basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, or moisturizer. All hotels in Japan offer night PJs and basic amenities, but this one did not.
