Nothing good at all—looks like a run‑down motel. The room smelled of paint, had poor ventilation, and the bed headboard was broken.
The room was fine, but maintenance issues were a problem.

I got the best price of all the hotels near Smart Araneta Coliseum for my 24‑hour stay, and it was just a walking distance away. Everyone on the staff was friendly and let me check in earlier than the expected arrival time. The facilities and package options were solid, and for the price you won’t find a better deal. I’d book again if I ever need a place to stay for another concert. 😁 It’s close to a 7‑11, Mang Inasal, Jollibee, and Dunkin Donuts, so you have plenty of food or coffee choices. Oh, and there’s a working bidet, which is a huge plus for me (I’m not sure if the lower‑priced rooms have one, but I rented a Premium room on the 3rd floor). The only thing holding it back from a full 10 is the reception area’s lack of proper air‑conditioning, which would make both guests and staff more comfortable.
