Struttura accogliente e posizione ottima

La posizione ottima, poca distanza dal centro storico… la struttura pulita, le camere spaziose, la saletta dove si consuma la colazione è piccola, quindi non so quando è affollata e come si muove, facendo i turni penso; arrivi dopo un viaggio, sei stanco e vuoi riposare, l’orario di arrivo è stato segnalato ma in struttura non c’è nessuno, quindi devi ancora chiamare… questa è mancanza di professionalità.

The location is convenient for getting to Urbino’s center via Porta S. Lucia, and the free parking is practically next to the building. I had trouble reaching the owner at the scheduled time, though.

“Costa troppo per quello che offre!”

The room was spotless, spacious, and almost brand new, with window screens and air‑conditioning. Walking to the historic centre is easy, and the free parking is right outside the B&B. However, the owners barely interact with guests; they struggle to reply to messages and show no interest in customer relations. Everything from self‑check‑in to self‑check‑out happens without any owner presence. The tourist tax must be left in the room, and you need the exact cash amount because no one can give you change. Breakfast is adequate but limited to a few packaged items.
