Management was excellent, especially Juss and Rishabh. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I’ll definitely return.
“Rain Bugs really ruined the experience”
The staff were helpful and lively, and when we ran into issues they handled it appropriately. The terrace view from the rooms was amazing! However, we booked a premium room on the top floor and it was infested with rain bugs that splattered all over our bags, forcing us to move to a lower floor room, which was only okayish. There was no generator, so during a power cut the room felt very uncomfortable and stuffy. The cleanliness was average, with dust and insects present. The worst issue was the insects that also entered our new room, preventing us from opening windows. Bathroom amenities were missing. I expected more comfort and amenities for the price we paid for a single room.

Everything was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful (with Ganga view). Great facilities (shower, drinking water, restaurant, rooftop). This felt like a home away from home with all the staff being genuinly friendly and helpful. I liked everything
