The hotel looks nice, but I believe family rooms in Milan are generally hard to find; I wouldn’t say the room was bad, it’s practical and functional. Staying several days is easier for sleeping than for lingering. I booked through Booking, and the receipt listed 7€ per adult for tourist fees, but I paid 19€ instead of 14€. I contacted the hotel on Tuesday via email, first in Italian, and still haven’t gotten a reply—this is impossible!

The place is well‑situated, yet the room felt cramped and there was nothing at all in it—no catel or any other item.

The hotel’s location was fine, but the room was tiny with a view of a dirty back‑yard and a gridded window; the front desk said, “This room was booked for you by booking com.” They thanked me, and at least the weather was nice. We were really booking com people.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, but the shower was a bit small for a big guy.
