“Rapport qualité prix équilibré avec des supers points comme des moins bons”
The setting is unparalleled, and the staff is welcoming and warm! My first experience in a youth hostel from a tourist’s point of view (I’ve worked in hostels) shows the sharing among roommates, which lets you meet new people and reconnect in a more relaxed way. The whole building is really outdated. The room is okay, but the single‑pane windows let you hear passersby as if we were with them. The bathroom is not straightforward; the temperature and button control are confusing. A chipped ceramic sink… I hope they do good renovations to refresh everything; with the setting you deserve better facilities to raise your standing! That would offset the inconvenience of paid parking everywhere.
Very good welcome. Exceptional seaside location. Very clean. Nothing – everything is perfect.
“Vivement les travaux de fond annoncés pour 2028 au mieux”
The location near the sea and in the city centre is a highlight, and the breakfast comes with organic ingredients; the staff are very friendly. The building feels extremely outdated, with furniture that clearly has outlived its useful life. The bathrooms are old, insufficient, and on the ground floor while the rooms are upstairs. There is no outlet to charge phones at every bed, and when outlets exist the lamp must be aligned to work. There is only one common room that serves everyone, equipped with a tiny sofa and tables covered in waxed cloth.
“Ok pour une nuit mais nécessite une rénovation complète”
The location is unbeatable! The staff are friendly. It was fairly clean, and the included breakfast is a bonus. I was allowed a flexible check‑in. Everything is outdated! (Renovations were supposed to be planned… wow!). The bathroom/toilets are on a different floor than the rooms, which is broken or inconvenient (you have to hold the shower button to get water and you can’t set the temperature). In the room there’s no outlet next to each bed. Having stayed in many hostels worldwide, this one needs to modernize. For check‑in, I was lucky to get flexibility, but there should be an option for a fixed late‑night arrival to accommodate travelers.
“Découverte des filets bleus”
The hotel’s close proximity to both the sea and the city is a real plus.
