They sell a place that is closed and then assign you to another hotel. It’s as simple as blocking availability in Bon so no one can book and then you’re left with a room in a nearby hotel you didn’t choose. They’re not transparent; we felt cheated. We booked in Bon, arrived, and were told it was closed and we had to accept whatever Gran Lux hotels offered.

We had a very bad experience: we couldn’t have breakfast because the wait was almost 2 hrs, the service was poor due to insufficient staff, there were no mattresses available, and transport was lacking so the wait to reach the room was long. We had to spend almost 2 hours getting to the room after the concert, and there were fights among people—an absolutely horrible situation for a hotel that markets itself as high‑level.
