Stanza tutto sommato comoda. Bagno top. Colazione al bar nelle vicinanze più che positiva. Il Sig. Vincenzo si è reso disponibile per aiutarci in tutto quanto necessario durante il nostro soggiorno. Non è ovviamente colpa addossabile all'host, ma la zona intorno al palazzo dove si trovava la nostra stanza non offriva moltissimo

The room had everything you need for a short stay, but on closer inspection there were several shortcomings, especially in cleanliness. For example, there were hairs in the shower and trash in the bathroom drawers. The beds were already noticeably sagged and uncomfortable. Access to the accommodation was unnecessarily complicated; despite a pre‑sent video explanation, we had trouble entering. The owner, who was apparently on site, offered no personal assistance and only helped by phone, so the check‑in took much longer than necessary. Overall, the place was acceptable for a short stay but fell short of our expectations in cleanliness, comfort, and service, indicating clear room for improvement.

The price is spot on! It's a bit out of the way, but the bus gets you there easily, and in the city you can grab a taxi for about 15€ after 21:30 from the tourist spots (the buses run regularly before that). The kitchen and living room are shared, but in a holiday you’re not staying long, so it’s fine. We had the large room with a walk‑in wardrobe, bathroom and bedroom, and the space was more than enough. The host is reachable via WhatsApp and replies quickly to any questions; if something is missing or needed, just ask. Overall, it’s the best option for Palermo. The directions could be a bit clearer because you have to go into a driveway.

The place is new and clean, but the room is small. I didn’t realize when I booked that I was staying in an apartment with unknown amenities, and there’s another room as well.

The apartment is very pleasant and well equipped, but it’s on the ground floor and there’s no elevator.
