Terrible: the room wasn’t cleaned properly, smelled like marijuana inside, and it seemed like a building that was built for a family member that they turned into a rental without authorization from the city. I’m pretty sure the owners knew we had a pet when we arrived and later made a huge fuss about a 50 dollar pet fee. A guest was smoking a non‑nicotine vape on the porch and blew smoke out as they were coming into the house; owners later also made a fuss wanting to charge 250 for violating a smoking rule. There’s a camera right beside the front door that they watch constantly, and as close as the camera is to the door I know without a doubt they can hear everything going on inside the home. And another thing, I do believe they are illegally watching or listening to tenants during their stay. I observed quite a few things that stuck out to me and made me very uneasy on the property. I took pictures and will be consulting someone over the matter. The owners have two large dogs in the back yard running loose and you have to walk by them going in and out of the property; they jump on you a lot and one is a hound so his bark is very loud. We even cleaned the unit before we left knowing they already charged a cleaning fee as part of the booking. I feel like the entire situation was bad. They had no respect for privacy seeing as how they discussed everything that was going on in front of people it didn’t concern. Bringing up specific guests and making others aware I had guests over. Completely disrespectful. I believe they do this a lot to gain more money from people all while not considering the things tenants have to tolerate while staying there.

It was comfortable, welcoming and peaceful, and the pet was amazing on Property. I enjoyed everything about this property. I have no complaints
