The room was modern and comfortable, the palazzo itself was beautiful, and the location was nice.

The hotel itself is wonderful: the staff, rooms, and breakfast are all great. However, it’s located in a terrible part of the city centre, surrounded by drug addicts and the like, so walking those alleys with a child was frightening.

The building’s restoration of a historic palazzo and its design furnishings—pieces from Molteni, Vitra, Paulsen and other prestigious brands—make it a fascinating place. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent, better than many 4‑ and 5‑star hotels I’ve stayed at worldwide. The downside is that the automatic coffee machine feels very tourist‑oriented; the coffee is good, but it’s from a machine.

Tutto, palazzo stupendo, colazione super. Non ho capito a cosa servissero tanti tasti in camera ma non lo considero un vero problema!!!!!!!
