“Uncomfortable beds in the room I didnt book.”

I didn’t get any breakfast. The bed was so uncomfortable, and even though I booked a suite a month in advance, the day of arrival they told me my room had been sold to someone else.

The accommodation was clean, but the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work.

The staff was excellent and the room was great. I wish the price were lower, but I didn’t book ahead and my husband said it was the right price.

“Great value convenient location I will use again!”

There was a good variety of foods and choices, and the staff was friendly. The boxspring made loud noises when getting in and out of bed; we told the staff, and they promptly turned the springs to the other side, but the noise persisted. After mentioning it again, they fixed the problem while we were at dinner. 😉

“Great location!”

Location! The staff was extremely helpful, breakfast was good. Apparently the contractor who put the floor in did a HORRIBLE JOB. The floors looked really dirty but they weren’t. I’m surprised this opened this way and the contractor was not required to fix it
