“Require little improvement”

The location is great, but the breakfast could use improvement and the towels and bedsheet should be replaced with new ones.

After receiving the confirmation message, we called to get the location. They didn’t even know why we were calling or whether any rooms were still available. They hung up while trying to find out, and then I received a message saying there were no rooms left. It was not professional at all; we had to find another hotel in the middle of the night.

“Would not recommend”

The only positives were its proximity to the city center and that the hot and cold water supply and air conditioner worked fine. My boyfriend and I needed a one‑night stay near the city center, so we chose this hotel. When we arrived, I was exhausted and just wanted to go to the room and sleep. I never expected the room to be so stuffy and poorly ventilated. The only window opened onto an indoor corridor instead of outside, so there was hardly any fresh air. We couldn’t sleep properly because of the heat, and when I turned on the air conditioning it felt too cold. As a result, I spent the following days feeling sick. I would not recommend this hotel.
