I liked the location and the easy access to 401, but construction on Wellington was annoying. The breakfast ran out of coffee by 8:45, and the in‑room coffee was terrible; they should keep breakfast available until 9:30 AM.

The hotel sits in a great spot with plenty of restaurants nearby and shopping is a breeze, but the WIFI was sluggish and often cut out, the breakfast was mediocre and stayed the same throughout our four‑day stay.

Breakfast was good, and for that price the variety was decent. The accommodation was pleasant, especially the convenient parking—just step out the back door and your car is there, which was very handy. The bathroom felt comfortable.

The only acceptable thing about this property was the kind, friendly staff at the front desk. I was deeply disappointed with my recent stay. Basic hygiene and housekeeping were completely ignored, making the experience uncomfortable from the moment of check‑in. Walking into the room, a heavy, overwhelming smell of mold and mildew hit us. The bathtub and shower area looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, with grime and peeling finish around the drain, mold on the caulking, and an anti‑slip mat covered in mildew. The condition was so bad that we had to buy our own cleaning supplies from a local store to scrub and sanitize it before we could use it (photos before and after provided). When we pulled back the sheets, a large, dark brown stain was visible on the side of the mattress. Guests expect a clean, safe environment, but this room fell far below acceptable standards. I hope management takes immediate action to address these housekeeping and sanitation problems. I would not recommend staying here.
