The staff were friendly, but the renovations were a mess. The accessible room was not set up well at all for wheelchair use, and the price is way too high for such a small room.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel more than half a dozen times over the past five years because it was most convenient to our family in Belchertown. The new room rate is approximately double what it was in the past. My retirement finances make this rate really hard to justify! I don't know where we will stay in the future.

The staff were very helpful and professional. Everything was very good.

Breakfast was nice! The room smelled like a wet dog. I let management know, but the Lysol I used didn’t help. The carpet needed a scrub. I should have asked for a different room.
