The Soba 109 was great, but Soba 102 was bad – the climate control was broken, the TV had no remote, and the shower was leaking.

We were overall very happy with our stay; even though check‑in was scheduled for 11 am, we managed to get into our room at 4:30 am after arranging it beforehand, which was no problem. The owner was friendly and helpful, giving us the room early without fuss. The room itself was clean and warm, and we could heat it well with the air‑conditioner. Even though the hotel isn’t exactly central, that didn’t bother us. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the place.
