The only redeeming feature was the location. I’ve never felt so furious in a hotel: it was dirty, poorly maintained, staff were unprepared, I had to change rooms twice and the new one was still awful. The AC didn’t work, the shower drain was clogged, the bathroom knob was broken, and there was a cockroach in the room. They advertise a “Last check‑out” that doesn’t exist, yet they still say they have availability if you want to book. The breakfast was a horror show with no variety; over five days I ate the same things every day, not to mention the overcrowding. In short, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Por ser próximo à praia e da acomodação no geral. Do checkin só ser às 14:00h, poderia ter opção de fazer o checkin mais cedo

Localização, piscina ,custo benefício Praia em frente com ótimo água para banho, restaurante no hotel. Cama, colchão não estava bom afundando,se não fosse a cama a hospedagem seria muito boa Também sei que em outros quartos a cama estava mais confortável,enfim vale apena fazer essa substituição dos quartos que a cama tem apresentado desconforto Café da manhã bom,mas com poucas variação do cardápio seria outro ponto que só iria acrescentar na hospedagem,mas vale apena se hospedar apesar das ressalvas
