“Tolle Unterkunft zum erholen”

The location is great, within walking distance of the center for shopping and the bazaar. It’s perfect for relaxing before or after a hike. The room was large and spacious. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection; a plant‑based milk option would be nice, otherwise there are many vegan items. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The sofa and chair had stains and the room didn’t look very appealing overall, but the room was so spacious that you could keep away from it :)

The hotel was very nice and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helping us book our bus to Almaty and arrange a taxi. The room had a few minor issues, but nothing major.

“Nice but need some improvement”

The place is quite nice and spacious, the price is decent, and the staff are friendly. However, there was no hot water; they said the room shared a hot water tank with another room, and when we used it the tank was almost empty, making the shower freezing cold. I didn't mind normal temperature water, but it was so cold I got sick later on the rest of my trip. Can you imagine?

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We received a beautiful, spacious, very clean, and comfortable room. After many days of 4x4 driving and sleeping in a tent, it was a wonderful change! The breakfast was good and the service friendly. The hotel is within a short walk of all the city’s attractions. It’s a very pleasant place at a very reasonable price. I recommend it.

Everything was incredible – Ali was one of the hardest working and most helpful staff I’ve ever seen in all my years of travel. I would definitely stay here again.
