I stayed here while attending a nearby wedding, and the location was ideal—quiet, scenic, and perfect for the occasion. The house itself is charming and steeped in history, and David was engaging and helpful without being overbearing. The TV lounge and bedroom were both very comfortable, and there were plenty of birds around, which was a bonus for my bird‑watching hobby. The only minor snag was that the bathroom door lock needs to be replaced.

The property is beautiful, welcoming, and spacious. The bathroom outside the room is very large and comfortable. There is a room for breakfast and a TV to relax in (we didn’t use it because we were only there for one night, but it looked comfortable). The beds are cozy. The owner was very courteous. Thank you!
