My stay at this B&B was truly excellent! The owner is incredibly kind, always ready to help and attentive to every need. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. The property is meticulously detailed, clean, and very welcoming—perfect for a relaxing visit. It’s rare to find such availability and care for guests—truly impeccable hospitality! Highly recommended, we’ll definitely come back.

The host was lovely, offering plenty of information and tips, and the décor was very special—like staying inside a museum! Great location.

The space in an ancient palazzo was fantastic, full of character, with old terracotta floors and metre‑thick walls, quiet and cozy. Tosca was an amazing host, helpful and knowledgeable about the town and Tuscany in general. It might not suit those looking for a super modern place, but we found it a wonderful way to experience this medieval city. We’d definitely stay again. Nothing else to add.

The person, even though we didn't manage to meet, was extremely helpful and even assisted us in finding parking and a place to eat—everything covered.
