The location is very close to the sea, the place is clean, there is a pool and a children's pool, and the food is very good and varied.
“Nicht noch mal”
The location is unique; everything is outdated, unmaintained, and the furniture, especially the lobby sofas, is heavily worn; the room is large but not clean, and for the money we paid we expected far more; we stayed only two nights and would not have stayed longer.
The food was tasty and varied, but the room was mopped daily with only a superficial clean.

The hotel sits right next to the sea and a park, the renovated old building is clean, the rooms are spacious enough for all luggage, the food was great, and the kids enjoyed the pool; however, there is no beach area, which was already mentioned in the description.
I highly recommend this place: the room is fairly large with a balcony, the food is excellent, the property is right on the beach, the staff are very friendly, drinks are available all day, and cleaning is done daily with fresh towels and linens; the only drawback is the parking, which is not right next to the hotel and must be paid for.
