The staff at breakfast were very helpful, and the receptionists assisted with maps and other details. However, the air‑conditioning in the breakfast room was not working, so it was hot.

We really loved this hotel, especially its location. The staff at the reception, both the man and the woman, were extremely friendly and helpful.For such a low price, it’s absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended! We would especially like to thank the woman at the reception, who helped us arrange a taxi to the airport in advance, one day before our departure. It was very convenient. They also prepared breakfast for us to take with us since we had to leave early in the morning. They also recommended some places to visit in Rome. The hotel has a fantastic location the Vatican is only about a 5-minute walk away, which is a great advantage. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
