The location is great for walking from Piccadilly train station into the city. The modern building looks great, is clean, and the attached Indian restaurant/bar is nice. I felt safe because you need your room key to access the hotel rooms. Nothing negative—everything was good 😊

The spot is fantastic, the décor is lovely, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is cozy, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and breakfast is fabulous.

The location was fine and the staff friendly, but I’m not one to leave bad reviews and this stay didn’t impress me. On arrival I had to wait in the lobby while they searched for my booking. The elevators were sluggish and smelled like arm‑pits, forcing me to hold my breath. My room was clean and fairly spacious, yet it sat above the restaurant and the music was blasting so loudly it rattled the room. I asked for the volume to be lowered, but they promised to adjust it and nothing changed—probably they did nothing. I won’t stay here again.
