Residence Metro-Alameda

“Clean, cozy and comfortable accommodation in a great location, with a friendly and attentive host.”

The accommodation was very pleasant and cozy, clean and comfortable, and had everything needed for a stay. The location was great, close to the metro and shops, and the host was very friendly and attentive.

“Alameda”

The host was very friendly, the kitchen was nice, and there was a fridge in the room, but there was a slight noise in the hallway.

It’s like a hostel, the staff are friendly, the kitchen is very good, and the room is complete and spacious. It’s a bit old and, being a hostel, there is some noise.

“Peaceful room you can work from, bright and well-located”

The location is well connected, the street is quiet, and I liked the neighbourhood. The room was simple but had everything it needed: a mirror, a desk, a fan, a wide wardrobe. It even had a nice private balcony with a small table and two chairs. The Wi‑Fi was good, and the host offered nice coffee on the house. It would have been nice to be able to use the washing machine; I think it could work at least once every couple of days during a certain time interval, kept to a minimum, maybe under staff supervision – something the owner might consider.

“Excellent location and a pleasant stay”

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location, just a 2‑minute walk from the metro, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s on the second floor and has a fully functional elevator, which was very convenient. Overall, it’s a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again!
