We booked two rooms with two single beds each, but due to renovation we were placed at Hotel Panoramic. The room was good, the bathroom was clean, the beds were fine, everything was tidy, and breakfast was tasty—nothing extravagant but solid. We parked our car in the adjacent parking garage for 18,- per night. What’s just impossible is that the hotel repeatedly asked me to cancel my booking two weeks before arrival, and at the same time the option to send or read old messages was blocked. If I had saved the messages as an email, it might have looked bad. Only after a vigorous email to the hotel did they confirm my booking again. The gym was weak.

Breakfast was served in the main house. The room was not clean. The smoke detector was missing. No TV/Radio reception was possible.

Overall, the hotel was very good. The beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean with a kettle and fridge detail. The buffet breakfast was excellent and they keep restocking as soon as items run out. They lent us a baby seat. We were traveling with a baby and requested a travel crib, but one side was broken. Also the foam mattress they had was screaming for a replacement, and during the two nights we stayed the baby could barely sleep because it couldn’t find a position on that mattress.
